If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days of placing your order to receive a refund.

- Order number.
- Return shipping cost.
- Address you’d like a check for your return shipping cost sent to.
When we receive the product, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product and the amount you paid to have it shipped to you. You will be sent a check for the amount you paid to have it shipped back to us.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will send the correct product within 24 hours.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
After we accept your request for refund, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 2-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
